I recently stayed at a hotel that provided exceptional service, a beautiful environment, and had a staff that was incredibly friendly. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff, who were always available to answer any questions I had or to assist me in any way possible. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms that were cleaned daily to a very high standard. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, which made for a truly enjoyable and rejuvenating stay. But what really stood out to me was the level of service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and they were always willing to go the extra mile to help me with anything I needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay with exceptional service and friendly staff. It truly exceeded all of my expectations and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Location and facilities were great. Though requested for rooms to be close to each other, it was not arranged and rooms were one floor apart which caused a little bit of issue, but anyway since the service staff was efficient, nothing bad to say about our stay there. Hotel promised to get us rooms close to each other during our next stay, which was kind and efficient. Rooms were quite comfortable and noise was okay during night time. Though WIFI was not available for 6th floor it was okay in the lobby and on the lower floors. Staff was exceptional and breakfast was served in the rooms and was perfect for our needs. Location was very near to the US Consulate and there were taxis available in front of the hotel most of the times during morning. If not, gate person will arrange a cab for you on request.

The staff were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful! My husband wasn't feeling well when we arrived and they gave us some medicine so we wouldn't have to go out late at night to find a chemist. The next day after we had checked out, they allowed my husband to rest in one of the dormitories free of charge as we waited for our late-night flight. The staff were there to help us with our every need and we were very grateful for their hospitality.

I am so grateful for “Indie Stays” in Mumbai for being the safe place it is. After a horrendous experience at a different property, I booked a bed in this hostel and it was the best decision ever. It is located in an accessible location and very safe even if you’re out at 2AM especially for women. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and you really can’t go wrong with this place. Even met some nice roomies during my stay!

I had booked for my colleague’s who came from finland.. they felt it was exceptionally great be it stay , food, comfort etc. It was my colleague’s birthday and the restaurant surprised him with a birthday cake and made him feel special which was really nice. They also liked the lobby alot as they could chill there in the free time. Over all their experience was excellent..
